Derek Woodard

Derek is a licensed broker and graduate of George Fox University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management. He is responsible for the development and maintenance of our many systems and his primary goal is to make everyone’s job at The Kelly Group Real Estate as efficient as possible. Through this, he hopes that it will affect our clients in a rewarding way that will make their time with us as seamless and as fun as possible. Who says real estate can’t be fun? He also builds and maintains our many websites and is our in-house technical support lead. 

Outside of work, he enjoys working out, cooking, playing racquetball, reading and practicing guitar.
